Victory In Christ Ministry was founded in 2010 by Pastor Richard Monroe. 

We are a church that is led to teach the true word of God under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We believe and operate in the five-fold ministry gift so that our Lord may be glorified, and the church be edified. We also believe that His will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven.
